2. How Payment Processing Works
Payment needs to be completed in full at the moment you place your order. We won't begin processing or shipping anything until that payment has gone through and been confirmed on our end. If a payment doesn't go through for any reason, the order won't be confirmed, and we'll let you know by email.

- Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of your shipping destination (USD for US orders, GBP for UK orders, AUD for Australian orders)
- Currency is automatically adjusted at checkout based on your selected shipping country
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases

5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds follow the process laid out in our Refund & Return Policy and are always sent back to whichever payment method you originally used. Should you run into any billing trouble, please contact us at support@lumendat.com before going the chargeback route — we're glad to work through it with you directly and quickly. That said, any chargeback we determine to be unauthorized or fraudulent will be formally disputed and looked into.
6. Preventing Fraud
To keep both our customers and our business protected, we reserve the right to cancel or place a hold on any order we suspect involves fraud or the unauthorized use of someone's payment details, and we may ask for extra identity verification on orders that are unusually large or otherwise look suspicious.
